lamps, whilst preserving the classic lines of the unmistakeable Anglepoise
design created by George Cawardine in the 1930’s feature some subtle changes to
the original. Our first Anglepoise lamp
featured three springs for an ingeniously versatile range of movement; the Type
75 incorporates these essentials and has a chic new wall bracket as well as a
choice of three shades – silver, white or black. The elegant Type 1228,
launched in 2004, comes in five striking colours (white, blue, orange, grey or
green) and can be neatly positioned over your work desk with a wall bracket, a
table base, a desk clamp or a floor pole. For an especially subtle fusion of
classical and contemporary, our Type 3 wall
lamps are unequalled. With their gleaming chrome finishes and carefully
redesigned contours, these wall-mounted lamps are not just light sources; they
are also works of art.
