Big Lamp
You may have seen our big blue lamp touring the streets
of London on the top of a Mini recently. This installation was one example
of how we are learning to play with our range of big lamps
created in honour of the 70th birthday of the original Anglepoise design.
We created our Giant floor lamp 1227 range to celebrate
this important and timeless design which has become not only the foundation
of our company, but an iconic symbol of British design as well.
Our big blue lamp campaign was created to highlight
the huge impact of this desk lamp since its creation in 1930 and to
show off our capacity to create a functioning range of Giant
floor lamps that are three times the size of the original lamp.
This range of big lamps is now available in cream,
vermilion and Anthracite Grey and makes for an instantly striking part
of the furniture in any office lounge or bar reception.
