Cut off point for Christmas delivery is 12pm on the 22nd December.

UK delivery cost up to 5 working days is free
Uk delivery cost up to 3 working days is £4.95 ex VAT
A working day is classed as Mon-Fri

Deliveries are made on weekdays so you must provide a weekday contact telephone number, and delivery address where the package can be signed for. We suggest a place of work for delivery as if someone is not present to sign the delivery will not be possible. After the second time of trying our courier will charge us £5 per attempted delivery and this cost will have to be passed onto you.

As a manufacturer we hold large stocks of all our products in our Farlington factory. However occasionaly we will run low of some items and in this case we will advise you of longer delays. If your order is urgent please place your order and confirm by telephone (+44(0)2392 224450)

Our Returns Policy

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: We can only accept the return of items if they returned in the original condition and packaging.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel the contract with us.
