  1. How do I register as a new customer?
    To register please click on Log in at the top right hand side of the screen
    Then click on register on the next screen. If you follow this process it will allow you to register so you can order.
    We require a password to login as it increases the security of the site.
  2. What details do I need to give to become a new customer at Anglepoise?
    As a new customer we require your email, phone number and address.
    We will also require your shipping address if it is different to your invoice address.
  3. What do I do if I forget my password?
    If you have forgotten your password please go to Log in, in the top right hand corner of your screen.
    On the left hand side of the next screen there is a forgotten your password link.
    On the next screen enter your email address and press Submit
    A new password will be sent to your email address
  4. How do I search for a specific item?
    You can search using our search tool on the left hand side for any of our products on this site. There is also a more advanced search facility if you require on the top menu to the right.
  5. Can I send an Anglepoise as a Present?
    Yes, there is an option to ship to an alternate address during the checkout process.
  6. How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?
    We endeavour to deliver all purchases within 5 days, however you can pay £5.82 for a fast delivery service of 2-3 days.
  7. Are all of Anglepoise's products/colours listed on the website?
    Yes, all of our products and colour variants are listed on our website.
    We can do a Giant1227 in any colour but please contact us on +44(0)2392 224450 for more information on this.
  8. What types of payment do you take?
    We take, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro and PayPal.
  9. If i buy an Anglepoise product can i return it if it doesn't fit my needs/requirements?
    Yes, if your order does not fit your needs you can return it in its original packaging and undamaged for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  10. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do ship internationally, the system has some prices in but may ask for us to request a quote for some countries.
  11. Is your website secure?
    Yes, we use a Thwate SSL certificate to ensure all your data is protected. All of our internet transactions are done by SagePay and we bank with HBOS and HSBC.
    We never see any of your credit card details and we can only take the amount you chose to process.
    All payments are taken as soon as you place the order.
  12. Am I eligable for any discounts?
    We as standard do not discount our products unless we are selling to a retailer, specifier or architect or if it is a large quantity for a project. If you are a business and require a quote please click here
  13. Do Anglepoise products come with a Guarantee?
    Yes, all Anglepoise products are guaranteed for 5 years from date of purchase. For more details on the guarantee please click here
  14. Can i buy replacement lamps easily?
    Yes, nowadays most DIY outlets and all electrical wholesalers sell a wide variety of light sources, although you should not need a replacement for a while as a life expectancy of 5000 hours or more is not uncommon.
