Design an Eco Task lamp for the Anglepoise Play Brand - second year

Design an Eco Task lamp for the Anglepoise Play Brand This was a project done by Bournemouth University Students. This was the second year winning group:

Bournemouth University — Solution 02

This light design really addresses the packaging issue, by being flat packed and self assembly. A clever detail is the use of the carry handle for the packaging in a shop as a base. We also liked the dual functionally with a task mode and an ambient mode when the user rotates the shade back so that the whole product lights up. Clearly differentiating work and play.

Students — Pippa Corry, Lauren Stokes, John Bleasby, Sam Robb, Alex Tucker, Robin Harris
