The awards celebrated the oustanding achievements of the region&#8217;s highest achieving and most dynamic companies.<\/p>\n<p>The event saw over 350 attendees at the gala evening at Southampton&#8217;s Ageas Bowl and was hosted by BBC Sout Today presenteder Sally Taylor.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018We\u2019re incredibly proud to have won the inaugural Solent Business Award for Workplace Mental Health &amp; Wellbeing, as ending discrimination around mental health is a fundamental focus and passion of ours, so that everyone feels able and supported to raise issues that affect 1 in 4 of us. We strive to achieve this by ensuring it\u2019s built into the foundation of our company culture with many approaches to encourage and support our people.
