A Brand New Collaboration

The National Trust cares for 500 places and spaces including 250,000 hectares of countryside- from the peaks of Snowdonia and the Lake District - through to moorland, forests and parkland. We've all learnt to appreciate these spaces more in the last 18 months so we are thrilled to be working together on a brand new collaboration.

A shared passion

We share the National Trust's passion for conservation and by working together we will generate income that will help support the great work that they do. Through sales generated from the Anglepoise + National Trust collection, a minimum of £15,000 will be given to the National Trust in 2021. These funds will fund restoration works at The Homewood in Esher, Surrey, a home gifted to the National Trust in 1999 by architect Patrick Gwynne.

Illuminating Treasure

Now cared for by the National Trust, The Homewood is a treasure trove of design and was remarkably ahead of its time. Self-taught architect Patrick Gwynne put his unique vision into every aspect of the early 20th-century country villa’s details, including the furnishings, to produce an unconventional but luxurious family country villa. It was completed in the early summer of 1938 and originally designed for Gwynne's parents. He lived in the house for the rest of his life, continuing to keep the building fashionably up to date until his death in 2003.

For every home

As a colour and a philosophy, green is at the heart of everything that the National Trust does so what better colour to choose for our first collection than Sage Green? As a further nod to the National Trust, each lamp also features a discreet etched leaf motif.

The power of 3

The launch collection comprises a table, desk and floor lamp so there really is something for every task and every space.

The Original 1227 Mini Table (far right) is £139; the Desk Lamp (far left) is £239 and the Floor Lamp (centre) is £299.
