Great Suffolk House

A series of Anglepoise® Type 75™ Mini Desk Lamps with inserts sit in Prodigy Living's Great Suffolk House in London. The brief called for an overhaul of the existing ground floor study space and laundry and the drab social space on the 13th floor, which despite its incredible views of The Shard, was lacking in style. We conceived a radical redesign of the ground floor to move the laundry to the least value part of the plan to free up prime space against the front facade for an enhanced sand relocated study.

Woodland House

Type 1228 wall and floor lamps populate the Woodland House space, along with Anglepoise® Giant 1227 Pendants. The brief sought to refresh the tired social space on the ground floor and invite proposals for the re-use of a vacant retail space on the front elevation that had never been occupied. The response to the brief was a redesign of the ground floor that incorporated the vacant unit by linking through to the existing social space behind. The opening up of the front facade allowed for visual connection to the gardens opposite, and the introduction of natural light to the enlarged amenity space.
