When interior designer,\u00a0Niki Best<\/a>, was first appointed to work on this renovated contemporary guesthouse in Brighton, she tells us that Anglepoise\u00ae came instantly to mind.<\/p>\n

Her brief was to source classic British products that would give the Georgian townhouse interior a contemporary feel without looking incongruous and Anglepoise\u00ae ticked all the right boxes.\u00a0Initially she planned to install classic Anglepoise\u00ae Original 1227\u2122 desk lamps in all 14 guestrooms, but realized that space restrictions made the wall and ceiling mounted versions better suited.<\/p>\n

\nFor the main reception space in\u00a0Fab Guest<\/a>, Best wanted to introduce a strong statement piece that guests would engage with, so she specified a Original 1227\u2122 Giant floor lamp in custom colour.\u00a0 She was not disappointed; says Best, \u201cour \u2018big boy\u2019 is a talking point for everyone. We have some great pictures of the guests posing with him. The house simply wouldn\u2019t be the same without him.\u201d<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
