We’ve ditched the paper Christmas cards this year

The story behind our card

Merry Christmas

Instead, we’re donating the money we’d spend on cards and postage to our friends at Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity. The charity’s work is quite something: its network of over 82 Roald Dahl Nurse Specialists are a vital lifeline to over 24,000 seriously ill children and young people across the UK.

We’ve been working with Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity for a year now. Find out more about what we’re trying to do – and what the charity does – here.

The seasonal scene you see above is no ordinary illustration. Taken from our archives, many years ago this was the design of an old fashioned printed card that was sent to our nearest and dearest.
