Shipping
Free delivery is standard for UK deliveries (there is a charge for Republic of Ireland Orders – which are part of the UK website due to the electrical specification and plug type within country) and your order will arrive within 5 working days for UK online orders. (A working day is classed as Mon-Fri, Excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. You will receive some tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Please note that orders for Giant lamps can take up to 6 weeks for delivery, as they are built to order.
Returns
If something’s not quite right with your purchase, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days. Please note, return shipping costs apply.
