Shipping
Free delivery is standard for EU online orders and your order will arrive within 10 working days from our warehouse in Germany with no additional costs to pay. (A working day is classed as Mon-Fri, Excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Deliveries are made on weekdays so you must provide a weekday contact mobile number, and delivery address where the package can be signed for.
Please note that orders for Giant lamps can take up to 6 weeks for delivery, as they are built to order.
Returns
If something’s not quite right with your purchase, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days. Please note, return shipping costs apply.
