Like our lamp, we’re all about balance. We have offices in leafy Hampshire in the UK and a hub in New York but we have always been very open to ‘WFH’ and flexible, hybrid working so you’ll have time to fit in all the other stuff, like kids, ‘life admin’ or dog walks. This flexibility and our open culture are just two of the reasons why our People Engagement Survey (2023) results gave us an overall People Engagement average score of 9.53/10!

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

We’re a relatively small team but we always strive for excellence. It’s why we have a dedicated Health, Safety and Wellbeing team (which includes mental health first aiders) and we hold regular ‘Tea and Talk’ sessions to try and provide a forum for those topics that can be difficult to discuss. Physical safety and accessibility are also priorities. Anglepoise is a Disability Confident Committed employer, and we’ve been awarded the RoSPA Gold award for Health and Safety 7 times in a row.

A small and down-to earth team of talented people

What makes us really special is our culture of continuous improvement, which means that we are always actively working together to develop an organisation that we are proud of. From sharing best practice across different departments to investing time and energy into regular internal training sessions, we understand that there is always room for improvment.

Despite the global fame of our legendary lamp, we’re a small and down-to earth team, who really love what we do. Because as well as making great products, we’re committed to being a great place to work.
